Tottenham have made a £19m big for Atlanta midfielder Franck Kessie, per Daily Star.
The 19-year-old is rumoured to be heading to the Premier League with both Chelsea and Manchester United interested in the promising youngster.
Kessie, has appeared for Atlanta 14 times scoring five goals and the forward spent the 2015/16 season on loan with Cesena where he scored four times in 38 games.
The Ivorian has already broken into the national side earning himself 10 caps since making his international debut in September 2014 in a 2-1 victory over Sierra Leonne.
Kessie’s agent was reported to be in London for a meeting with Chelsea earlier in the week but Spurs are the only side who have made a bid for the player.
However, with Spurs stacked midfield options such as Christian Eriksen, Moussa Dembele, Eric Dier, Victory Wanyama, and Dele Alli it is unlikely that Kessie will earn a place in the first team. A loan back to Atlanta could be an option.
