Barcelona will be without forward Neymar ahead of Saturday’s lunchtime kick-off, who misses the game through suspension after receiving a booking in the El Clasico last week.
Arda Turan is set to replace the Brazilian star, who was the hat-trick hero on Tuesday night, during the 4-0 win over Borussia Monchenglabach at the Nou Camp.
Head coach Luiz Enrique is set to recall a number of rested players, which includes Luis Suarez, Rafinha, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba.
Meanwhile, the hosts could name an unchanged side from last weekend’s trip to Sporting Gijon, with Oriol Riera set to spearhead the attack.
Barcelona looks to get back to winning ways in La Liga, when they take on strugglers Osasuna at the Estadio El Sadar this Saturday lunchtime.
Luiz Enrique’s men have drawn their last three matches in the league, including their recent 1-1 draw to title rivals Real Madrid in the El Clasico last week, with a late Sergio Ramos header denying the Catalan side all three points.
Despite this, the Catalan outfit will be high in confidence following their morale-boosting 4-0 win over Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach in mid-week, to reach the last 16 of the Champions League as group winners.
As for Osasuna, they come into the home tie after four straight league defeats and with just one win in their last 14 league matches, which puts them rock bottom on seven points.
It’s already looking like an uphill climb already for the newly promoted club in their bid for survival, having struggled to find goals this season with just 13; the second worst record in the league.
In the previous meeting between the sides, Barcelona ran riot in a 7-0 mauling over Osasuna at the Nou Camp during the 2013/14 season, and in the return trip to Pamplona both teams played out a goalless draw.
