Competition: Premier League Date: Sunday 27th November 2016 Venue: St Mary’s Stadium Kick-Off: 16:30 GMT
Southampton have missed Dusan Tadic recently and it’s touch-and-go whether he will feature here, with summer signing Sofiane Boufal ready to play if the Serbian international doesn’t make it.
Pierre-Emile Højbjerg picked up a knock in the Europa League game on Thursday and is expected to miss out here.
Leighton Baines made his return from injury last week and Ronald Koeman is expected to select the English full-back again tomorrow.
Gareth Barry has returned from suspension and could replace James McCarthy in the line-up, who’s only just recovered from an injury.
Southampton will be looking to cause former manager Ronald Koeman problems tomorrow upon the Dutchman’s return to the South Coast. However, their purple patch of form is truly over and the Saints are winless in their last four Premier League matches.
Everton, meanwhile, have not won any of their last two matches and will be looking for a result to push forward in their quest for European football. Winless on the road since September, it’s a big ask for Koeman’s side to end their poor run here.
Both sides are out of form, which makes it difficult to predict the outcome, but there should be a few goals.
